When are you most alive? For me, it’s when I’m laughing. I like giggles, I like big hearty belly laughs, loud guffaws and that OMG I might pee my pants kind of laughter.
If you can make me laugh, you are someone I want to spend time with. Because laughter is healing.
In fact, it is the best pain medicine, as Norman Cousins proved years ago with an effective pain management and treatment regimen that included watching hilarious comedies and laughing like crazy.
