Fear can strike any time. Often, it’s in the dark of the night.
It’s normal to be afraid when you are facing a tough diagnosis or when someone dies.
Some of us let that fear consume us. Friends who are facing difficult cancers know this.
Another friend told me that fear can be kept at bay by spiritual belief.
Bingo!
When we forget that our human bodies are just shells for our spirit, fear can take over. We worry about what will happen: will they die? will we die? will we suffer?
We worry and worry about what will happen in the future and in the process, we have trouble living in today.
If we can feel who we really are–spirits in human form–we may be surprised at how our feelings change.
May our worst fears will come true or maybe they won’t.
But one thing is for sure: you are here now. So breathe in peace and relaxation and breathe out your fears. Just for a moment.
And then another.
Breathe.

anxiety can ruin our days and prevent us from enjoying the moments we live, remembering that everything is going to go and those will just be memories can help for reducing the stress, relaxation is a bless.
I’ve been reading few awaking (more on spiritual) articles these past few days. It really helps me a lot and answers all my questions especially about anxiety, worries and fears. Just remember the future is unreal. It’s just an illusion that creates a lot of concerns to us. The only real thing is now. Focus on on today. Absurd the positive energy around and let tomorrow be as it should be.
This is a great service you provide. All of people don’t live in the moment it’s awws that you help them find their peace.
The feeling of anxiety is so terrible. I love the suggestions and the information yiu taught us.
This is wonderful, and so true. There is no room for dark where there is blinding light. It can be hard, but not impossible to focus on the good.
Taking those few moments is really nice. It does help to breathe for just a minute.
I love your suggestions, I recently had some one close to me pass away so this was comforting to read.
This is a really great post. You really provided some great information on how to deal with worry and fear.
Being surrounded by people who care for you can also ease your fears and burdens greatly. 🙂
The feeling of anxiety and fear are really hard to face most especially if you don’t have someone to be with you to face it. We should always support our loves one who are facing this kind of problems.
These are great suggestions. It’s important to not let fear rule the day!
