60 days to a new life

January 3, 2018 By Carol Cassara 18 Comments

new-lifeIf you’re not living the life you dreamed of, this is for you.

Look, I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions. But I do believe in using just about anything, including the new year, to transform our lives in positive and happy ways. Which is why I began coaching clients.

Maybe you feel stuck. Stagnant. That your life (or your job or your relationship) isn’t going anywhere. You’d like to make some changes but you aren’t sure how to start. Or if you’ll keep to them.

I hear that. I’ve changed my life more times than I can count and I’ve always managed to move it in a positive direction. I’ve had all the same questions, hesitations, challenges you have. Or you think you’ll have. And I surmounted them.

Here’s the secret:

Do the work, see results. It’s just that easy.

But what work? It depends on your objectives. If you’d like to transform challenges into opportunities, I can help. I’m now taking a limited number of coaching clients.

It’s not a webinar. You won’t be sharing your time with anyone else.  I’m offering one-on-one, individualized coaching and problem-solving by phone. Just you and me.

There will be homework. That’s because I want you to get results.

So– live life you’ve dreamed of.

Have the relationship you’ve always wanted.

Enjoy the career you deserve.

I can help you take positive steps toward your goals and break through those barriers that have kept you stagnant.

A package of four coaching sessions is already discounted at $500. But through January, I’m offering an additional discount: two four-session packages for only $900–an additional $100 discount through the month of January.

Because a new year deserves a new start.

Email me now at Carol (at) AHealingSpirit.org for a no-obligation phone call and let’s see if it’s a fit.  Learn more at A Healing Spirit.

If you’re on the fence, here are a few reasons why you should make that call:

  1. Because you deserve the life you’ve dreamed of.
  2. Because fear should not stand in the way.
  3. Because it’s easier than you think to achieve goals.
  4. Because you have nothing to lose.
  5. Carol (at) AHealingSpirit.org is my email–I look forward to hearing from you!

The most successful athletes have coaches and mentors. That proves that getting help can make all the difference between success and failure. Succeeding in life is no different.

Looks like this will get you to start the New Year on the right foot. I tend to stay within my comfort zone which is probably why I feel my career is going nowhere. Let me see if I could fit that in my budget.

Change can be hard at first. It does usually turn out okay! Homework is good, it helps reiterate what you’re learning. 🙂 Happy New Year!

I think this is a fantastic opportunity. I mean sometimes we think we can do everything by ourselves only to find out that we cannot. Let me talk with my husband about this and see what he thinks.

I’d like to see some positive changes this year. One would be a huge upgrade from my current job .I am grateful to have it but get a headache thinking about going back now (after the holiday break).

I believe that therapeutic coaching is a very important tool and will continue to increase in preciousness as mental health concerns become less stygmatized. What you do is important, and appreciated <3
