God removes people and situations from your life because he hears conversations you didn’t hear.
Don’t fix it.
Sound like crazy-talk? Let me explain.
Some things that look broken, really aren’t. They are taking their natural course.
Life is not always about fitting everything into a nice, neat, happy box. A fictional box. The stuff of fairy tales.
Well-meaning friends and family may not understand this. They may want to intervene and fix it.
It’s important to make clear to them that they do not need to fix ANYTHING. That everything is perfect, just the way it is. It’s all part of our path.
Sometimes, you may even feel the need to fix it and when you do, remember this:
God removes people and situations from people’s lives because he hears conversations you didn’t hear.
I love this quote! Dealing with a situation right now that I’d SO love to be able to smooth out. This quote helps. Thanks, Carol!
These things I write about really hit home for me, and I love knowing they do for others, too.
I think of that quote when I lament people who have left my life. Maybe if I heard some of what they said, I’d realize I was better off.
I have many of the same thoughts, Laurie!
I like this philosophy a lot, Carol. It relieves a lot of pressure to be in control (spoken as a recovering control freak). It feels like a variation on the theme of one of my daily affirmations: “I trust that all is well and on my side every moment.” As always, I appreciate your wisdom!
Roxanne, I wish we were taught this young as it really does make a big difference!
