Very interesting as this something that’s been my focus since the beginning of the year with the help of a therapist. Now, instead of just avoiding them I am learning tips to work through them, to study them, and to dissect them. It’s hard work but hopefully rewarding in the end.

I like to think I don’t have triggers, but of course, I do. Some go way back. I think acceptance (as usual) is the best way to deal with things, including triggers.
